These Terms of Service govern your use of the Asante Meats website and the purchase of products from Asante Meats, located at 1696 Jane Street, Toronto, Ontario. By placing an order with us, you agree to these terms.

Orders & Payment

All orders are subject to product availability. Prices are listed in Canadian dollars and are zero-rated for sales tax on qualifying meat products. Payment is processed securely at checkout; we do not store your card details.

Delivery

Delivery options, fees, and estimated timing are shown at checkout and vary by location. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers or circumstances outside our control.

Returns & Refunds

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns once an order has been delivered. If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 24 hours at support@asantemeats.com and we will make it right.
